When the Garofalo’s opened they knew they needed a chef who could bring customers back time after time just like they established at   Marios Tutto Bene   in Union for decades. After a few months of searching, they found their man. Chef David Hubert brings with him a culinary vision and skill that has earned him a Zagat rating and awards for being a top 10 Italian Chef in New Jersey. He saw the concept that the Garofalo’s envisioned and encapsulates it in each and every dish that leaves his kitchen. Whether its Johnny Napkins menu options like their soon to be world famous Build- A- Burger, the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, Signature Steaks or Chicken Murphy Chef Dave puts his heart and soul into every meal. Also each week, Chef Dave comes up with his own list of specials that will captivate even the most mature pallets.

Johnny Napkins is proud and honored to have Tokio Joseph Naito as their sushi chef. "Tokio Joe" as he known by his following of loyal customers, has put together an impressive array of sushi specialties. Tokio Joe is a sushi master whose hand picks, prepares and presents his seafood delicacies along weekly specials including a soft shell crab salad, sashimi, and fresh oysters just to name a few.
